LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 10 cases on Tuesday. Only single bench-I comprising Muhammad Shabbir Gujjar member judicial heard all cases. The bench-II single and double postponed all the pending cases into next dates without hearing.
The single bench-I comprising Muhammad Shabbir Gujjar member judicial heard 10 cases including Muhammad Yousaf versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat, Mumtaz Hussain versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan, Saqib versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Muhammad Nawaz versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad versus Shahzad Hamid.
Deputy Director Intelligence Lahore versus Tawab, Collector Customs Anti Smuggling Organization Lahore versus Saima Mujeeb, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad versus Hamid Sahib, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad versus Abdul Sattar, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad versus Sajjad Qurashi.
Ten cases were fixed for hearing before Division bench-II comprising Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq Member Technical but postpone all the cases without hearing. Fixed cases of two appeals of Faitma Fertilizers versus Directorate Post Clearance Audit Lahore, Directorate Post Clearance Audit Lahore versus World Wide Scientific, Customs Lahore versus Kashif Azhar, Customs Lahore versus Khuram Azhar, Summer Mehmood versus Customs Lahore, Hussain Trading versus Customs Faisalabad, Muhammad Latif versus Customs Lahore and Arshed Saulah versus Customs Lahore.
It is necessary to mention here that Customs Appellate Tribunal will hear some important cases in coming week.
