Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourns hearing of 11 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal division bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 11 cases and adjourned all the cases till next date of hearing.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourned 11 cases including Muhammad Aamir versus Customs Lahore, Excel Pakistan versus Customs Faisalabad, Jan Muhammad versus Customs Lahore and Sky International versus Customs Lahore.

On Wednesday, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases, including Customs Faisalabad versus Muhammad Ahmed, Crescent Textile versus Customs Lahore, Muhammad Umer versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan.

Furthermore, Tribunal heard Crescent Textile versus Customs Lahore, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad versus Shakoor, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan versus Abdul Ghani, Muhammad Shahban versus Customs Faisalabad and Muhammad Iqbal versus Customs Lahore.

In all cases the representatives of the appellant and recipient appeared before the court and argued in the favor of their respective parties after hearing the arguments from both parties Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourned the case till next date of hearing.
