Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourns hearing of 13 cases

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 13 cases on Monday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

The tribunal heard 13 cases, including Hussain Trading versus customs Faisalabad, Chaudhary Farooq Raza versus Customs Sambrial, Al-Hamra Febric versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Ramzan Afzal versus customs Faisalabad.

On Monday, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases, including Muhammad Sadiq versus Customs Lahore, Zahid Jee textile versus Customs Faisalabad, Customs Lahore versus Chick Textile, Aboot Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation, Faisalabad.

Furthermore, the tribunal heard the cases of Raza Ali Shah versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Crescent Textile versus Faisalabad Customs, two cases of Tahir Rauf versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Crescent textile versus Faisalabad Customs.

In all cases, the counsels for the appellants appeared before the court and presented arguments. After hearing the arguments, the tribunal member adjourns the hearing of cases for the next dates.
