ISLAMABAD: A single bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal comprising of tribunal Chairman, Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti, has adjourned hearing of 15 cases till December 21.
On the first day of hearings of his two-day proceedings at Islamabad, the chairman heard, adjourned the hearing of cases filed by Akhtar Khan, Ghani Glass, Afrasyab Mehmood, United Wings Trading Corporation, Crystal Traders, Asian Trading, Muhammad Ishaq, Muhammad Younas, Kohinoor Chemicals and Sana Enterprises against customs collector, Islamabad and Peshawar.
Meanwhile, few other cases were also adjourned till December 21 which were filed by costoms authorities.
