Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourns hearing of 20 cases

ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal (CAT), Islamabad adjourned hearing of as many as 20 cases.

CAT Division Bench comprising of Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti and Member Technical, Khalid Mehmood adjourned hearings of cases till they resume hearings on November 17.

The bench adjourned hearing of cases filed by collector customs, Peshawar, TCS Private Limited, Smart Zone Private Limited, National Institute of Health, Islamabad, Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI), Ghani Glass, Kohinoor Chemicals, Kohinoor Traders, Aman Elahi and Co, Waseem Autos, and others.

The tribunal would hold hearings of some of the said cases in Lahore and Karachi. However majority cases would be heard in the Islamabad, said CAT officials.
