Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourns hearing of case filed by Zulifqar Ali

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal has put off case filed by Zulifqar Ali versus Customs Lahore for one day. After the completion of arguments by the complainant side, the representative of department seeks time for the one day which was allowed by the chairman Customs Appellate Tribunal Justice Retired Malik Manzoor Hussain.

According to the details,  Customs Appellate Tribunal start hearing which were fixed for the same day, the counsel of appellant argued in the favor of their respective party. After completion of arguments by the plaintiff side the departmental representative was newly appointed appraiser excuse to argument and seeks time for one day. On the appeal of departmental representative Customs Appellate Tribunal allowed time for one day.
