Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourns hearing of eight cases on Friday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal Division bench-II heard eight cases on Friday and adjourned all the cases to different dates with those few cases the verdicts of which were reserved.

According to the details, the division bench-II comprising Member Judicial Omer Arshad Hakeem, and Member Technical Imran Tariq, heard eight cases which included Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus M/s Fasna Impex, Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus M/s Chaudhary Flowers, and Customs Lahore versus M/s IA Corporation.

Furthermore, the same bench heard cases of M/s Shoaib and Awais versus Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore, Customs Lahore versus M/s Ahmed Traders, M/s Roshan Packages versus Ahmed Traders, Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus M/s Hadyat Sons and Shoail and Bothers versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore

In the cases which were adjourned the members of Customs Appellate Tribunal ordered the appellant to appear on next dates of hearing and conclude their arguments before the tribunal. The tribunal will hear fix cases on next dates.
