Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-I to hear five cases today

ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-I will hear five cases on Wednesday (today) filed against field offices of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Two single benches of Tribunal Bench-I would hear the cases. Single bench, comprising of Member Juridical, Muhammad Maqssod ul Hassan would hear cases filed by Asghar Javed, who had made collector customs a respondent, and another case filed by Collector Customs, Islamabad against Muhammad Ayyaz.

Meanwhile, another single bench of the tribunal, comprising of Member Technical, Muhammad Nasir Khan would hear three cases filed by Muhammad Khan and Amson Vaccines Private Limited.

Muhammad Khan had filed a complaint against Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad. Amison Vaccines Private Limited had filed two cases challenging decision of penalty imposition by collector customs, Islamabad.
