Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-I to resume hearing of cases today

Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad Bench-I would resume hearing of cases on Monday under headship of tribunal’s Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti.
The tribunal would hold hearings in Single and Division Bench. Single bench would be comprised of Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti while he would also head the division bench in accompany with Member Technical, Muhammad Nasir Khan.
According to details, the division bench would take on hearing of around eight cases filed against filed offices of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Appellant, Mian Jee & Co had filed a petition against Model Customs Collectorate, Islamabad.
M/s Waseem Autos, M/s Nisar Traders, M/s Parts and Parts, M/s Chief Autos, M/s Aman Elahi & Co, and M/s Khinorr traders had filed cases against Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad.
Meanwhile, a single bench comprising of chairman would hear cases filed by appellant Muhammad Akram, M/s Ghani Glass, Fazlur Rehman, Fazal Raza & Others, Aftab Ahmed, United Wings Trading, Saeed Ullah, SMI Traders, Zubair Ahmed, Degi Cell and others, M/s Mobo International and Astan Food Industries Limited.
