ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-II will hear five tax cases on Wednesday (today) filed against Collectorate of Customs and Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad.
Customs Appellate Tribunal Member Judicial, Muhammad Maqsood ul Hassan would hear the cases filed by M/s Cotect International, M/s Shakir Manzoor, Farhad Khan, Tayyab and Sajid Qayum.
Out of these five references, four were filed against Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad while only one, from Sajid Qayum, was filed against the Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad.
