It may be mentioned here that Bench-I Judicial Member Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti and Technical Member Khawaja Omer Mehdi were on summer holidays from August 1 to August 15.

Therefore, there will be no hearing of cases in Bench-II until August 31, while only Bench-I members will work for the rest of the month.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal applies the same formula across the province, with members of one bench performing duties and the other on leave until August 31.

It is pertinent to mention here that all judicial institutions are availing summer holidays until August 31, while some courts are hearing special cases.
