ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal Bench-II will hear three customs cases filed against Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad on Thursday (today).
A single bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal comprising Member Technical Muhammad Nasir Khan will hear the cases filed by M/s Amson Vaccines (Private) Limited, Islamabad.
M/s Amson Vaccines had filed petition challenging customs department orders panelizing it for paying short-duty in head of different imported items.
In this regard, the company had filed three identical customs cases, bearing the following cases numbers, 53, 54 and 136 in the year 2015.
