ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal (CAT) comprising Members Tribunal, Syed Muhammad Anwar and Muhammad Nasir Khan, directed M/s Klaguardia Logistics and M/s Trade Master to concluded arguments during third week of December.
The bench heard the matters submitted by M/s Klaguardia Logistics and M/s Trade Master against Model Collectroate of Customs, Islamabad. The Customs Appellate Tribunal also heard cases filed by M/s Kohinoor Trader.
Counsels from M/s Five Star Trading had appeared before the bench and demanded time to prepare the case.
Customs Appellate Tribunal’s Member Technical, Ziaddin Wazir had heard the cases of Raja Nabeel, Waqas Enterprises, Arshad Khan and Musawir Shah.
Raja Nabeel had filed the cases against Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad. Other three appellants had filed their cases against Model Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.
The appellants had filed cases against Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad and Model Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.
