Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 10 cases on Thursday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal divisional bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq, heard 10 cases on Thursday and adjourned all cases until the next hearing.

The tribunal heard 10 cases, including Chaudhary Farooq Raza versus Customs Sambrial, Kalash Textile versus Customs Faisalabad, Shakir Hussain versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad.

Customs Appellate Tribunal also conducted hearing of Customs Lahore versus Advance International, Taj Impex versus Customs Sambrial, Surraya Textile versus Customs Lahore, Alhamad Fabric versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad.

The member also heard the cases of Ramzan Afzal versus Customs Faisalabad, Muhammad Sohail Ashraf 7 appeals versus Customs Lahore and Muhammad Sohail Ashraf versus Customs Lahore.
