Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 11 cases on Monday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal, divisional bench-II, comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq, heard 11 cases on Monday and adjourned all cases until the next hearing.

According to the details, the tribunal heard 11 cases, including Customs Lahore versus Chick Textile, Customs Lahore versus Maxi Inch, Muhammad Yousaf versus Customs Lahore, Al-Hamra Fabric versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Ramzan Afzal versus Customs Faisalabad.

Furthermore, Customs Lahore versus One-Ten International, Customs Faisalabad versus Kamal Textile, Customs Faisalabad versus Sweety Textile, Saeed Nawaz versus Customs Multan, Muhammad Alam versus Customs Multan, Customs Faisalabad versus Noor Ahmed.

In all cases the representatives of parties appeared before the honorable member and argued before the court in the favor of their said party.

After hearing of the all cases Customs Appellate Tribunal adjourned all cases till next hearings. On the other side Bench-I of Customs Appellate Tribunal did not hear any case on Monday.
