Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 13 cases on Thursday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 13 important cases on June 9 (Thursday).

Member Judicial Omer Arshed Hakeem and Member Technical Imran Tariq heard the cases of M/s. Al Nafae Enterprises versus Customs Lahore, JK Fabric Mills versus Customs Faisalabad, Customs Sambrial versus Saeed Mahmood, Hamyon Akber versus Customs Lahore, Rahim BiBi versus Customs Lahore, Awais and Shoab versus Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore.
