Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 13 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 13 cases on Tuesday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 13 cases, including Colony Mills versus Lahore Customs, Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore Versus Shukat Ali, Faisalabad Customs versus Raza Aqeel, Amin Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad.

On Tuesday, Tribunal cases of JK Fabric mills versus Faisalabad customs, Sky limited versus Lahore Customs, Muhammad Asgher versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Amir Ali Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Muhammad Alam versus customs Faisalabad.

Furthermore, Ali Shan versus Directorate of intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Shuja Abad weaving mills versus customs Multan, Oskar oil services versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan and Malik Fawad versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

In Oskar Oil case the appellant said that there is no issue in quantity as described in the documentation and customs department should accept the date provided by the appellant.
