Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 13 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal divisional bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq, heard 13 cases on Wednesday and adjourned all cases until the next hearing.

The tribunal heard 13 cases, including Space World Traders versus Customs Lahore, Shehnaz Parveen versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Sakhwat Ali versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat, Muhammad Yousaf versus Customs Lahore.

Customs Appellate Tribunal also conducted hearing Usman Ali versus Customs Sambrial, Abdul Rehman versus Customs Multan, Sardar Muhammad versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Askari Logistics three appeals versus Customs Lahore, Rehmat Ullah versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore cases.

The member also heard the cases of Shah PVC Coated versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Askari Logistics 33 appeals versus Customs Lahore, Shafiq Khan versus Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Lahore and Askari Logistics 39 appeals versus Customs Lahore.
