Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 13 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 13 cases on Wednesday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

The tribunal heard 13 cases, including J.S febric Mills versus customs Faisalabad, PEL versus Post Clearance Audit Lahore, Colony Mills versus customs Lahore, customs Lahore versus Punjab Impex, Digital World versus Post Clearance Audit Lahore, M/s Beco Iron & Steel versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan.

On Wednesday, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases, including Safder Ali versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Saeed Nawaz versus Customs Multan, Nadeem Mahmood versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat, customs Faisalabad versus Iftikhar Ahmed.

Furthermore, the tribunal heard the cases of Farhan Saleem versus directorate of intelligence and investigation Faisalabad, Khalid Mahmood versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Adul Bari versus customs Faisalabad, Aamir Shehzad versus customs Faisalabad, Muhammad Omer versus directorate of Intelligence Multan.

In all cases, the counsels for the appellants appeared before the court and presented arguments. After hearing the arguments, the tribunal member adjourns the hearing of cases for the next dates.
