Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 14 appeals on Thursday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal special division bench on Thursday heard 14 cases and adjourned all for different dates without those cases whose verdicts were reserved. The verdicts of two appeals were reserved to pass the final order next week.

The special division bench comprising chairman Justice ® Malik Manzoor Hussain, and Saud Imran Member Technical, heard 14 cases including Honda Atlas Cars versus Collector Customs Lahore. Same bench also heard four more cases of different nature of Honda Atlas Cars versus Collector Customs Lahore.

The same bench heard appeals of M/s Safder Iqbal versus Collector Customs Lahore, Rashid Ahmed Lahore versus Collector Customs Sambrial, Eastern Freighters nine appeals versus collector customs Lahore, Pak Telecom nine appeals versus collector customs Lahore.

Special division bench also heard cases of Pak Telecom nine appeals versus collector customs appeals, Casecade Enterprises versus collector customs Lahore, Eastern Freighter six appeals versus collector customs Lahore, Pak telecom six appeals versus collector customs Lahore and Pakistan Mobile versus collector customs Lahore.

Same bench was heard six appeals on Thursday including Director Intelligence and Investigation Multan versus SM Food Maker, Zulifqar Ali Anjum versus Director Intelligence and Investigation Multan, Tahir Shrief versus collector customs lahore, collector customs Faisalabad versus M/s Chenab Limited and Iceage Industries versus Director Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.
