Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 14 cases on Thursday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal (single & double) bench heard 24 cases on Thursday and adjourned all the cases to different dates.

According to the details, Division bench-II comprising Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq Member Technical heard five cases including Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad versus Gull Jan, Muhammad Latif versus Customs Lahore, Adnan Communication versus Customs Lahore, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore versus Muhammad Zahid and Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus Toy Centre.

The single bench-I comprising Muhammad Shabbir Gujjar Member Judicial heard nine cases of Muhammad Usman versus Customs Faisalabad, M/s Penna Overseas Corporation versus Customs Sialkot, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore versus Suliman etc.

On Thursday, same bench heard cases of M/s Idrees Enterprises versus Customs Lahore, M/s Penna Overseas Corporation versus Customs Sialkot, Nazeer and sons versus Customs Lahore Director Intelligence and Investigation FBR Faisalabad versus Abdul Rehman and International Track versus Customs Lahore.
