Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 17 cases on Monday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II, comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq, heard 17 cases on Monday and adjourned all cases until next hearing.

According to the details, the tribunal heard 17 cases, including Shakir Hussain versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Nasir Ahmed versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, two cases of Fasisal Tube versus Customs Lahore and Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore versus Mian Ahsan.

Another case Mian Ahsan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Skty Limited versus Customs Lahore, Salman Butt versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Khawaja Asad versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad.

The member also heard the cases of Muhammad Asghar versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Tahir Rauf versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Digital World versus Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore, Kaukab Enterprises versus Customs Lahore.

Furthermore, Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases of Seasons Food versus Customs Lahore, Hafiz Steel versus directorate of Intelligence and investigation Multan, Muhammad Yousaf Khan versus Customs Lahore and Customs Lahore versus Muhammad Yousaf Khan.
