Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 18 cases on Thursday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Judicial Member Omer Arshad Hakeem and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 18 cases on Thursday and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 18 cases, including Humyun Akbar versus Customs Lahore, Shaukat Soap versus Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore, Crescent Textile versus Customs Faisalabad, Pak Electron versus Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore.

On Thursday, the tribunal members heard cases of Muhammad Latif versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Mir Bakhsh versus Customs Faisalabad, Nadir Shah versus Customs Faisalabad, Muhammad Yousaf versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat.

Furthermore, Tribunal heard cases of AJ Textile versus Customs Faisalabad, Tahir Rauf versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Muhammad Mehboob  versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat.

Tribunal also heard cases including Saigol Qingqi three appeals versus Customs Lahore, Malik Khan versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan, Muhammad Ramzan versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat, Saigol Qingqi four appeals versus customs Lahore, Hafiz Steel versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan and Modern Pipe versus Customs Lahore.
