Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 19 cases, adjourns all

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 19 cases on Tuesday and adjourned all the cases to different dates.

Special division bench-I comprising chairman Justice Manzoor Hussain and Imran Tariq Member Technical bench-II heard 11 cases including Iqbal Hussain versus Customs Lahore, Don Vally versus Customs Lahore, Nasir Khan versus Customs Faisalabad, Abdul Azeem versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujranwala, Ibraheem Mabjeed versus Customs Lahore and Imtiaz Ahmed versus Customs Lahore.

Futhermore, tribunal hears case filed by M/s Pak Steel versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujranwala, Abdul Salam versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujranwala, two cases of Abdul Sattar and Imran Sattar against Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujranwala.

Similarly, division bench-II comprising Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq Member Technical heard Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus Fasna Impex,  Rai Muhammad Umer versus Customs Lahore, Customs Faisalabad versus Shahzad Enterprises, Directorate of Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus Chaudhary Flower.

On Tuesday bench-II also heard Customs Lahore versus M/s Ahmed Traders, Customs Faisalabad versus M/s Shahzad Enterprises and Directorate post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus Hadyat Sons.
