Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 32 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 32 cases on Wednesday. The members of all benches from Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Peshawar heard the cases in Lahore bench and adjourned all the cases until the next hearing. Chairman Customs Appellate Tribunal established special benches to decide the cases.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal special division bench comprising Member Judicial bench-II and Member Technical bench-II adjourned seven cases of Nouraz Khan versus customs Faisalabad, Noor Karim versus customs Faisalabad, Ikram International versus customs Lahore, Hawk Trade Impex versus customs Lahore, Pakistan Baggage versus customs Lahore, Muhammad Ibrahim versus customs Faisalabad and Muhammad Irshad versus customs Multan.

Chairman Customs Appellate Tribunal Justice ® Malik Manzoor Hussain and member technical bench-I Islamabad heard 13 cases including Shell Pak versus customs Multan, collector customs Lahore versus AS Enterprises, collector customs Lahore versus Sun Traders, Imtiaz Ahmed versus customs Lahore, Rashid Ahmed Butt versus customs Sambrial, Khursheed Ahmed versus customs Lahore, Muhammad Saddique and Infomax Pakistan versus customs Faisalabad, three cases of Iqbal Husain, Emco Independent and Muhammad Alam Khan versus customs Lahore.
