Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 40 cases on Thursday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 40 cases on Thursday. Special Division Bench-I heared 18 cases and Bench-II heard 22 cases. All cases were adjourned for next dates.

According to details, Special Division Bench-I comprising Member Judicial/Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti and Member Techinical Khawaja Omer Mehid heared the case of Khan Muhammad versus customs Lahore, Shoukat Ali versus customs Lahore, Chudhary Abdul Waheed versus customs Lahore and others.

While Bench-II which was comprising of Omer Arhsed Hakeem Member Judicial and Khawaja Omer Mehdi Member Techinical heared 22 case. Bench-II heard the case of Ferdous Textile versus customs Faisalabad, Arslan Shafique versus customs Lahore, two cases of cusotms Lahore versus Uni Tex International, Customs Lahore versus One Ten International versus Kalma Brother, and others.

All the cases were adjourned for next dates. Not a single case was decidd by both benches.
