Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 41 cases on Wednesday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal (single and double) bench on Wednesday heard 41 cases and adjourned all for different dates without those cases whose verdicts were reserved. The verdicts of five appeals were reserved to pass the final order.

The division bench-II, comprising Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq, Member Technical, heard 19 cases including Roshan Packages versus Customs Lahore, Muhammad Younis versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad, Bismallah Purse versus Customs Lahore, Collector Customs Lahore versus Basharat Ali, Safder Ali versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad, Al Hamra Fabrics versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad.

Ghulam Shabbir Gujjar, member judicial bench-I, heard eleven cases including Malik Nawab versus directorate Post Clearance Audit Lahore, M/s A K enterprises versus Collector Customs Lahore, Net Soft Solution versus Collector Customs Lahore, Munir Talal versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Multan, Imran Khan versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Faisalabad, Shaheen Builders versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Multan and Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Lahore versus Syed Liaqat.

Omer Arshed Hakeem, member Judicial bench-II heard 11 cases of Sultan Mehmood versus Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation Multan, DE techics versus Customs Lahore, Customs Lahore versus Abdullah, Tahir Sardar versus Customs Multan, United Engineering versus Customs Lahore and Raja Munir Ahmed versus Customs Multan and others.
