Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 9 cases on Thursday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal (CAT) heard 9 different cases which were scheduled for hearing on Thursday.

Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq, Member Technical, conducted the hearing of all cases. During the hearing, the counsel for the appellants and representatives of the departments appeared before the court.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard cases of Rehmat Ullah and Sardar Ahmed versus Intelligence and Investigation Lahore, Digital World versus PCA Lahore, Kukab Enterprises versus Customs Multan, two cases Muhammad Zaman and Muhammad Sadiq versus Directorate of Intellegence and Investigation Lahore, Shah PVC Coated versus Directorate I&I Lahore, Abdul Malik versus Customs Faisalabad and Shafiq Khan versus directorate Lahore.

Customs Appellate Tribunal also hears PEL versus PCA Lahore, Customs Lahore versus Asim Khan, Customs Lahore versus Aman Ullah, Ajmair Traders versus Customs Lahore, two cases of A.Z. Apperal versus Customs Faisalabad, four cases of Rasheed Ahmed, Muhammad Anwar, Ali Muhammad, Muhammad Alam versus Directorate of Intellegence and Investigation Lahore, Al-Nafae enterprises versus Customs Lahore.

Furthermore, J.K. Fabric Mills versus Customs Faisalabad, Customs Sambrial versus Saeed Ahmed, two cases of Hamyon Akber and Raheem Bibi versus Customs Lahore, two cases Faiz Hussain and Muhammad Wali versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Faiz Ullah Amin versus Directorate Multan Unit D.G khan and Muhammad Afzal versus Directorate Faisalabad.
