Customs Appellate Tribunal hears eight cases on Thursday

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 8 cases on Thursday and adjourned all the cases to different dates and reserved the verdict in few cases.

According to the details, division bench-II comprising Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq Member Technical heard eight cases, including Hilton Enterprises versus Hashim Aslam Butt, Muhammad Rehan versus Customs Multan, Sulman Nauman versus Customs Multan.

On Thursday, the same bench heard cases filed by Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad versus Gul Jan, Ali Raza Shah versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore and Hanif Radio versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

Furthermore, tribunal heard cases of Sulman Nauman versus Customs Lahore, Hanif Radio versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore and Muhammad Latif versus Customs Lahore.
