Customs Appellate Tribunal hears seven cases

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal heard seven cases and reserved verdict in one case and transferred all other cases on next dates for hearing.

On July 24, Member Judicial, bench-I, Muhammad Shabbir Gujjar heard appeals of M/s Ahmed Fine Textile Mills against Collector Customs Multan which is adjourned for 31st July.

Member Judicial also heard appeals of M/s Pacific International against director Customs Lahore and Collector Customs Faisalabad and M/s Cargo Men versus director customs Faisalabad, both appeals are adjourned till 10th September.

Same bench also heard appeals of Collector customs Sialkot versus M/s Matsa Enterprises which transferred to September and appeal of Imran Iqbal versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation (I&I) Lahore which is postponded till 4th September.

Customs Appellate Tribunal also heard appeal of Muhammad Pervaiz versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation (I&I) Lahore and adjourned for the date of August 7 and appeal of Muhammad Azam versus directorate of Intelligence and Investigation (I&I) Faisalabad is adjourned till 4th September.

Customs Appellate Tribunal also fixed five cases for hearing and because of national holiday due to General Election 2018 in Pakistan the all five cases are transferred into the next date and same cases will be heard on next fixed dates.
