Customs Appellate Tribunal postpones hearing of 13 cases

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal bench-II comprising Chairman Justice (r) Malik Manzoor Hussain and Technical Member Imran Tariq heard 13 cases on Thursday and adjourned all of them until the next date of hearing.

The Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 13 cases which included those of Pak Star Automobile versus Customs Lahore, Iqbal Hussain’s two appeals versus Customs Lahore, Collector Customs Lahore versus Pak Asia Mills and Zainal Textile versus Customs Lahore.

Moreover, the tribunal also heard cases of Muhammad Saddiqe versus Customs Faisalabad, Muhammad Javaid Iqbal verus Customs Lahore, Fazal Cloth versus Customs Multan, Duty Free Shop four appeals versus Customs Lahore and Additional Director Multan versus S.M. Food Maker.

The other cases that the tribunal heard were those of director Intelligence and Investigation Lahore versus Rising Sun Construction, Wateen Wimax versus Customs Lahore, Amjad Ali versus Customs Lahore Saifullah versus Customs Lahore. All the cases were adjourned until the next date of hearing.
