 Customs Appellate Tribunal postpones hearing of case filed by M/s Warid Telecom

ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal has adjourned the hearing of M/s Warid Telecom Private Limited’s tax reference challenging an announcement made by the Model Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.

Syed Muhammad Anwar and Muhammad Nasir Khan heard the matter and adjourned the hearing for the next week. M/s Warid Telecom (Private) Limited had filed the case against Model Coollectorate of Customs, Islamabad in 2016.
