ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal has reserved decisions of 14 cases filed by Customs authorities and others.
The divisional bench, comprising chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti and Member Technical, Muhammad Yahya, held the hearing of cases and reserved decisions of 14 cases out of 39.
The reserved decisions of the cases are: TCS Private Limited, M/s Smart Zone, M/s Saleem Silk, M/s Shaheen Pipe Industries and M/s Loguardia Logistics cases. Other cases were filed by Muhammad Hanif, Sirajul Mulk, Collector Customs, Islamabad, Saquib Abbas, Ghanzfar Gul, Najmuddin, Asmatullah, Collector Customs, Peshawar and Akhtar Munir.
