ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal on Tuesday reserved judgment in two cases filed by Atlas Honda Limited.
Customs Appellate Tribunal’s Special Division Bench comprising tribunal Chairman, Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti and Member Technical, Muhammad Nazis Khan, heard the case. The company had challenged the imposition of penalty by collector customs, Peshawar.
The company had submitted plea for acceptance of claims against decision of collector customs which worth millions of rupees.
The tribunal reserved the judgment after hearing arguments from counsel of Atlas Honda Limited, Shafqat Ahmed Memon and collector customs, Peshawar counsel, Bin Yamin.
