Customs Appellate Tribunal reserves verdicts in two cases

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal division bench-II heard 18 cases on Thursday and reserved verdicts in two cases.

The division bench-II, comprising Omer Arshed Hakeem, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq, Member Technical, heard nine cases, including Customs Lahore versus Kashif Azhar, Customs Lahore versus Muzakir Shah, Customs Lahore versus Khuram Azhar, Maple Leaf Cement versus Customs Faisalabad, Aamina Khan versus Customs Lahore, and Raja Qasir versus Customs Sialkot.

Furthermore, the same bench heard cases of Customs Lahore versus Nawab Zada Haider, Taj Impex versus Customs Sambrial and Customs Lahore versus NKF Enterprises.

Customs Appellate Tribunal reserve verdicts in two cases and adjourned all others into next date of hearing now the tribunal will start the hearing from Monday regularly and all relevant cases fixed for hearing into next dates. The counsels for complainants and respondents will appear before court for the arguments for their respective parties.
