Customs Appellate Tribunal reserves verdicts of few cases

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal’s division bench-II has reserved verdicts of few cases yesterday. The bench-II comprising Judicial Member Arshad Hakeem and Member Technical Imran Tariq, heard 12 cases and adjourned all of them until the next hearing.

A single bench of Customs Appellate Tribunal, comprising Omer Arshed Hakeem, heard one case of Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus M/s Elahi Corporation.

Afghan route closure weighs on Pakistan-Central Asia trade, exports fall 9%, imports plunge 88%

On Wednesday, the division bench-II heard 11 cases, including Hilton Enterprises versus Customs Faisalabad, Abdul Bari versus Customs Faisalabad, Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad versus Fakhar Abbas, Muhammad Rehman versus Customs Multan.

Furthermore, the tribunal heard cases filed by H.S.Rukanuddin versus Customs Lahore, Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore M/s Fassna Impex, Directorate Post Clearance Audit (PCA) Lahore versus Chaudhry Flower, Customs Faisalabad versus M/s Shehzad Enterprises, Customs Lahore versus Ahmed Trader, and customs Faisalabad versus  M/s Shahzad Enterprises and Customs Lahore versus M/s Hidyat Enterprises. In few cases verdicts are reserved will be announced very soon.
