Customs Appellate Tribunal seeks final arguments on plea filed by M/s Trade Master

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal comprising Members Tribunal, Syed Muhammad Anwar and Muhammad NasirKhan, heard the matters filed by M/S Klaguardia Logistics and M/s Trade Master against Model Collectroate of Customs, Islamabad.

The tribunal also heard the cases filed by M/s Kohinoor Trader. Counsels for M/s Five Star Trading had appeared before the bench and sought time for preparation of the case.

Customs Appellate Tribunal’s Member Technical, Ziauddin Wazir had heard the cases of Raja Nabeel, Waqas Enterprises, Arshad Khan and Musawir Shah during last week.

Raja Nabeel had filed the cases against Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad. Other three appellants had filed their cases against Model Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.

The appellants had filed cases against Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad and Model Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.

Hearing another case, Members Tribunal, Syed Muhammad Anwar and Muhammad Nasir Khan directed M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering to submit record on their cases before the bench.

Counsels from M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering appeared before the bench and demanded timed from the bench for finalizing and preparations for the case.

The bench then directed the counsels to finalize the arguments and relating stuff and then appear before the bench next week.

M/s United Diplomatic Bonded Warehouse and M/s Danial Engineering had filed cases against Model Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.
