Customs Appellate Tribunal seeks reply on petition filed by M/s Chief Autos, M/s Fazal Razaq

ISLAMABAD: The Customs Appellate Tribunal has directed the Collectorate of Customs and Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigations (I&I) to submit a reply in a customs matter filed by M/s Chief Autos and M/s Fazal Razaq.

Tribunal Member Ziauddin Wazir took up the cases and adjourned the hearing. M/s Fazal Razaq had made Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigations, Islamabad as respondent in the case.

Earlier, chairman Justice (r) Manzoor Hussain and Ziauddin Wazir had announced decisions on cases filed by M/s Trade Master, M/s Waseem Autos, M/s Nisar Traders, M/s Parts and Parts, M/s Chief Autos, M/s Aman Elahi, and M/s Kohinoor Traders.

M/s Trade Master filed a case against MCC while all other appellants had filed cases against DG I&I. M/s Kohinoor Traders had filed two cases against DG I&I, Islamabad.
