ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal disposed of a review petition submitted by M/s Kohinoor Trader challenging an announcement of the tribunal dismissing its case against Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad.
On 14.9.2018, Customs Appellate Tribunal’s bench comprising Syed Muhammad Anwar and Muhammad Nasir Khan heard the case.
The bench heard the arguments from both sides. M/s Kohinoor Traders had filed cases against Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad.
Customs Appellate Tribunal also disposed of a customs reference filed by M/s Royal Group after hearing arguments from sides on 13.9.2018.
The bench remanded back the matter to departmental adjudication for rehearing. Th bench also directed the adjudication to decide the matter in light of law and issue a speaking order in this regard.
