Customs Appellate Tribunal to hear cases filed against DG Intelligence tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: Customs Appellate Tribunal, Islamabad, Bench-II will hear cases filed against Directorate General of Investigation and Intelligence and Customs Collectorate, Islamabad on Wednesday.

Customs Appellate Tribunal’ Bench-II comprised of Member Judicial, M Maqsood ul Hassan and, Member Technical, M Nasir Khan would hear the case challenging DG Intelligence and Investigation decision.

The appellant, Muhammad Siddique had filed the petition through Advocate Gulab Shah. Advocate Rubina Jabeen will represent the department in the case.

The case filed against Customs Collectorate will be heard by Bench-II Member Judicial, M Maqsood ul Hassan only. Tahir Khan filed this case through Advocate Gulfraz Ahmed.
