Customs Appellate Tribunal to hear four customs references today

ISLAMABAD: A single bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal will hear four customs references at Islamabad headquarters on Tuesday.

Customs Appellate Tribunal’s Member Technical, Ziauddin Wazir, would hear the cases. These cases had been filed by Raja Nabeel, Waqas Enterprises, Arshad Khan and Musawir Shah.

Raja Nabeel had filed the cases against Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation, Islamabad. Other three appellants had filed their cases against Collectorate of Customs, Islamabad.

It is pertinent to mention that Ziauddin Wazir had been appointed as Member Technical at the tribunal couple of weeks ago and he had just resumed hearing cases at the tribunal.

Last week he had accompanied in hearing some cases, however, this time he would hear cases alone as single bench.
