Customs Appraisement detects tax evasion of Rs7.439m by M/s AB Agri Grow Enterprises during audit

MULTAN: Collectorate of Customs of Appraisement and Facilitation Faisalabad audit branch has detected tax evasion of Rs7.439 million against M/s AB Agri Grow Enterprises during audit of record.

According to the details, Deputy Collector Aneeqa Afzal has directed M/s AB Agri Grow Enterprises to submit necessary record for audit under section 26 of the Customs act 1969.

he DTRE user was asked to submit important record for audit under rule 370 E OF DTRE rule 2001. M/s AB Agri Grow Enterprises is located near Chak no.98 NB Main Saim wala Bypass Tehsil and District Sargodha and Collectorate of Appraisement Faisalabad has submitted all important record for the audit branch under DTRE.

The Collectorate has conducted scrutiny of record M/s AB Agri Grow Enterprises under SRO 450(I)/2001 dated 18-06-02001. The scrutiny of record was conducted under the supervision of Deputy Collector Aneeqa Afzal and audit branch detected tax irregularities against Agri Grow Enterprises for the violations of provisions of Rules 307 E, 307 A, 307 D read with rule 302(I)(b),307A (I),306 of SRO 450(I)/2001 and section of  32(3-A),26 and 202 of Customs act 1969 under customs act 1969.

The Customs Collectorate Appraisement audit branch detected Rs.7.439 million tax irregularities against M/s AB Agri Grow Enterprises during scrutiny of necessary record. Customs Appraisement Faisalabad will issue notice for the recovery of taxes very soon.
