Customs Appraisement issues notice to M/s Amariz International for recoveries

LAHORE: The Model Customs Collectorate Appraisement Mughalpura Dry Port has issued recovery notice to MS Amariz International Company under sub section 1 of section 202 of the Pakistan Customs act 1969.

According to sources of customs today office of the assistant collector customs recover has issued a notice to M/s Amariz international company that is defaulter of Rs 1.18 million in the wake of arrears.  Above said amount is recoverable from the company from long time but company did not pay that amount to the customs. MCC appraisement Mughalpura Lahore has said that as M/s Amariz International Company is failed to submit dues in manners so they are serving notice to pay that amount within fifteen days otherwise legal action will be taken.

According to the notice under Pakistan customs act in case of failure in submission of dues customs can attach and sale the immovable properties of the company and even can appoint a receiver for management of movable and immovable properties of the company.

Company has also bared from selling or leasing of the movable and immovable properties without permission of the customs appraisement.

Model Customs collectorate Appraisement Lahore has issued this notice at address of the company Sara House, Temple Road Lahore.
