Customs Appraisement issues notice to M/s D.S Engineering  Works Pvt Ltd

LAHORE: Collectorate of Customs Appraisement Mughalpura Dry Port issued recovery notice to M/s D.S Engineering Works Private Limited on default of Rs 33 million, under Sub-Section 1 of Section 202 of the Customs Act 1969.

Sources told Customs Today that an amount of Rs33 million is still outstanding against M/s D.S Engineering Works Private Limited.

Sources told that above said amount is recoverable from the company from long time but company failed to clear the outstanding amount. Now Customs Appraisement issued them final notice asking  the company to clear the outstanding amount within fifteen days otherwise stern legal action will be taken.

The notice further stated that failure in clearance of dues will led to attachment and sale immovable properties of the company.
