Customs Appraisement summons employee involved in misconduct

LAHORE: The Customs Collectorate Appraisement of Mughalpura Dry Port has issued a notice to one of the employees who is involved in misconduct.

Sources told Customs Today that Assistant Collector Customs headquarters Appraisement has issued a notice to Ziaul Islam son of Abdul Islam to ensure his presence before the departmental investigative disciplinary authority. Ziaul Islam is suspended by the authorities on some misconduct and investigation has started to reach the relevant facts of his dismissal from his job.

Sources said that Driver Ziaul Islam is a resident of house number 547 D-4 Township Lahore and his duties are served at Mughalpura dry port Lahore.

According to the notice issued to him in case of failure before the competent authority on the date and time fixed, disciplinary proceedings shall be decided on the basis of material evidences available on record.
