Customs Appraisement West seeks details of arrears, disputed GDs

KARACHI: Collector, Customs Collectorate Appraisement West has sought details of top arrears under Section 202, disputed Goods Declarations (GDs) and the total recoveries made through the Post Release Verification (PRV) since July 1, 2016.

According to sources, the Collector Appraisement West, Dr Fareed Iqbal Qureshi (look after charge) has asked the Collectorate to furnish details of arrears, disputed GDs and the recoveries made through PRV.

In this regard, Mahwish Shah, Deputy Collector Group-I, Mahmoodur Rehman Khattak, Deputy Collector Group-III, Muhammad Shahzad Khan, Deputy Collector Group-V, Mariam Mehdi Raja, Assistant Collector Group-VII, Syed Babar Ali Shah, Deputy Collector Group-II, Muhammad Aftab Rana, Deputy Collector Group IV, Adnan Rafiq, Assistant Collector Group-VI and Asfandyar Khan Assistant Collector Group-VIII will prepare a detailed report on the subject and present to the collector for further discussions.
