ISLAMABAD: The administration of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Saturday fired an airhostess for smuggling mobile phones.
According to an airport source, the airhostess serving in the national airliner, namely Mahwish, was trying to smuggle mobile phones of various brands through flight PK-758. Customs officials, during the search, seized six valuable iPhone 6 and a Samsung cellphone from her possession. The airhostess has confessed to her crime during the investigation by the Customs officials, sources said.
