LAHORE: Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization (ASO) detained three non-customs and tempered vehicles including two Toyota Corolla X and one Vitz from Data Darbar, Badami Bagha and Jail Road the other day. The Customs sources told that customs authorities on the information Collector Customs Preventive Ahmad Rauf intercepted the vehicles. The ASO team consisting inspectors including Sohail Murtza and others under the supervision of additional collector Muhammad Ashfaq intercepted the cars and detained them as the owners of the vehicles failed to produce legal documents of the vehicles Corolla X ALF/060, Corolla APC 716 and Vitz AVZ/315. The customs authorities informed the total value of the vehicles has been calculated as Rs4.5 million. It was informed that a cases have been registered and further investigations are under way.
