Customs collects Rs 807m customs duty from AFU,LFU, T-10

LAHORE: The Collectorate of Customs Preventive has collected station wise Rs 807 million customs duty from Air Freight Unit (AFU), Land Freight Unit (LFU), Railways Station T-10, and others stations during March 2016 against Rs 513. 12 million during the preceding month of February 2016.

According to details, the collectorste also paid rebate and refunds of Rs 57.37 million against rebate and refund of Rs 0.01 million during the month of February.

Following deducting rebate refund, the collectorate collected Rs 749.49 million during the month under review against Rs 666.52 million the previous month of the same year 2016.

The customs AFU station collected Rs 581.72 million during the month against Rs 513 million during the  month of February 2016 while the collectorate gathered Rs 115 .34 million from Land Freight Unit against Rs 47.37 million last month.

The collectoarte collected Rs 100.75 million from Railways Station T-10 during March against Rs 99.46 million during February 2016.
