Customs collects Rs 3.092103 billion under all heads in January

MULTAN: The Model Customs Collectorate Multan has collected Rs 3.092103 billion during the month of January in the fiscal year 2014-15.

The total Customs Duty collected by the Customs Collectorate Multan was Rs 745.455 million in January. The total Customs Duty collected by the MCC Multan in the first seven months of the fiscal year 2014-15 becomes Rs 6.899418 billion.

The Sales Tax collection by the Multan Customs Collectorate for present fiscal year was Rs 2.303353 billion in the opening seven months of the present fiscal year 2014-15 whereas the total revenue collected through the sale Tax is Rs 13.548896 Billion.

The Federal Excise Duty generated was Rs 6.742 million while the net collection of Federal Excise Duty in the primary seven months of the fiscal year converted is Rs 129.204 million during the end month of February in existing fiscal year 2014-15.

MCC Multan has brought together the revenue of Rs 36.553 million of Withholding Tax in the month of January. While the total amount of Withholding Tax is Rs 275.56 million during the first seven months of the financial year 2014-15.

The net collection by MCC Multan up to the end of January is to Rs 18.870051 billion. MCC Multan is chasing the huge target of almost Rs 42 billion assigned by the Federal Board of Revenue for the current monetary year 2014-15.
